I bought this course several years ago and used a number of the recipes with great success. Now, however, I can no longer access the course videos. I've written customer service numerous times with no results. I spent several hundred dollars buying all my supplies from here and feel they abandoned me just when all the produce from my garden is ripe and ready for pickling. Be wary of purchasing this course or anything else from this company!
I have purchased this course three times. I enjoyed it and learned a lot, but I purchased three times bc it doesn’t work; it doesn’t work, technically I cannot access the videos. Please help
I purchased this course but I can't access it. The link to the course is broken. I have been trying to reach the company for months and haven't had any luck fixing the problem.
I never recieved my order and the company has not even replied to my messages. When I try to reply to one of their advertisements I get a message that the address does not exist.
This looks like a scam to me!!
In October 2021 I started a ferment of serrano peppers in salt water in 6 mason jars. In 3 of the jars I used the Easy Fermenter with glass weights. In 2 jars, I used water-based airlocks with glass weights and on 1 jar I used the Ball Fermentation lid with spring. I put these on the shelf and forgot about them. Until yesterday. Almost a year and a half later. I opened the Ball lid first. It was moldy and stunk. Went into the compost. The 2 water-based airlocks were dry (due to my inattention). I opened them; no mold, but yeast. But they didn't smell right, not as bad as with the Ball lid, but still not right. Compost. Then I opened the 3 Easy Fermenters. Some yeast on top, I skimmed it off. They smelled great. I blended them in my Vitamix and they taste great. I got 12+ 5 oz. jars of hot sauce. The air-lock probably would have been ok if I had kept up with the water, but the Easy Fermenters were the clear winner. If I hadn't used them my compost would be much more full of serrano peppers. A big thumbs up!

I always try to have some fermented veggie in my lunch and over the years I have purchased several kinds of glass weights to make sure my veggies stay submerged.
